The only thing Tiger uses that isn’t Nike is his Titleist Scotty Cameron Putter. He used to be sponsored by Titleist. Tiger is the reason that Nike got into golf. He told nike that if they couldn’t design a better club than the Titleist clubs he was using he would stay with Titleist.
Mr. Romano you must have been in bizarro world if you thought Tiger has anything in his bag that has Titleist on it other than his putter. Go to the golfchannel website and check the “What’s in the bag” section and it will show you what was in his bag at the Bridgestone Invitational since he won it. You will see the only thing that is labeled Titleist in his bag is his putter. He used the original Nike Forged Blades and not the VR Blades. He has never worn a Titleist hat. He signed with Nike Golf immediately after he left Stanford. Nike didn’t make clubs then so he signed an equipment deal with Acushnet(parent company of Titleist and Cobra). At the 2nd Battle at Big Horn, he played Nike irons and has played Nike irons ever since.
No, Nike is his full sponsor. He plays the Nike One ball, nike irons, nike everything (except his Scotty putter).
Nike all the way…he plays Nike Irons, balls, hats, everything…
